 Evox Rifa
Group Oyj was formed on November 1, 2000 when the company
was listed on the Helsinki Exchange main list. Until then
Evox Rifa was owned by Finvest Oyj. Finvest was demerged into
four companies on October 31, 2000. As a result each Finvest
shareholder received one share of Evox Rifa Group Oyj for
each Finvest Oyj share. Evox Rifa has one share series, each
share giving the right to one vote in a shareholders´ meeting.
Evox Rifa´s
shares are traded in the Helsinki Exchanges (HEX) under the
code ERG1V.
