EVOX RIFA STARTED PERSONNEL NEGOTIATIONS IN SWEDEN

As part of the measures taken to reduce costs, Evox Rifa’s Swedish subsidiary has started personnel negotiations at its Gränna factory about permanent lay-offs of nearly 50 employees.

Demand for capacitors is continuously weak in most of the customer sectors of Evox Rifa, and improvement in the market situation cannot at the moment be foreseen. Evox Rifa is forced to adjust its production volume and operations to current and foreseeable demand. The Group will continue its efforts to cut costs and to make all its operations more effective.

Evox Rifa AB in Gränna currently employs 205 people. Evox Rifa Group employs in total nearly 1400 persons.
