CHAIRMAN ELECTED FOR EVOX RIFA’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of Evox Rifa Group Oyj has elected Mr. Jerker Molander Chairman of the Board.

The Board Members were elected by the General Annual Meeting held on March 27, 2002.

Evox Rifa designs, manufactures and markets globally capacitor solutions to key industrial sectors in which the need of passive components is continuously growing. Key sectors are telecommunications, automotive electronics, industrial electronics and consumer electronics. The company concentrates on plastic film and paper as well as electrolytic capacitors. The strength of Evox Rifa is developing special solutions in close cooperation with customers.

Evox Rifa Group Oyj was listed on Helsinki Exchanges in the autumn of 2000.
