EVOX RIFA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2003

Evox Rifa Group Oyj will release reports on its financial accounts of 2002 on Wednesday February 12, 2003.

The Annual Report for 2002 will be published during the week 14.

In 2003 Evox Rifa Group’s Interim Reports will be released according to the following schedule:

• January – March on Friday, April 25, 2003
  
• January – June on Tuesday, August 5, 2003
  
• January – September on Wednesday, October 29, 2003

The Annual General Meeting of Evox Rifa Group Oyj will be held on Wednesday April 2, 2003 in Espoo, Finland.
