EVOX RIFA GROUP’S PRESIDENT RESIGNS

Evox Rifa Group’s President, Mr. Harri Launonen, resigns from the company effective February 1, 2003.

The Board of Directors of Evox Rifa Group has appointed Mrs. Tuula Ylhäinen the President of the company as of the same date. Mrs. Ylhäinen currrently holds the position of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Evox Rifa Group.
