CHANGE IN EVOX RIFA GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Lars-Göran Stenberg, Director of Business Area Electrolytic Capacitors and member of the Group Management Team, has informed the company that he will resign from his position effective as of September 14. Mr Stenberg joined the Evox Rifa Team in 1999, and has been involved in the process to transform the Electrolytic Capacitor Business in Evox Rifa to a global operation.

Mr. Keith Hunter, Managing Director of BHC Components Ltd. in Great Britain, has been appointed new Business Area Director and member of the Group Management Team beginning on September 15.
